Other
- All food and drinks are for your personal consumption only, and must be ordered one at a time.
- Additional food & beverage consumption outside the package (bar snacks or Menu/ Beverages items that carry a supplement) or any food and drinks offered to another client will be charged at the point of sale at the prevailing prices.
- Only food and drinks purchased in the Resort are permissible. No food or drinks from outside are permitted inside the restaurant without the approval of the management.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Spa
- Spa Hours : Open 7 days a week.
- Minimum age required is 13 year’s old.
- Swimsuits are compulsory to use the Spa facilities (Hamman/ Steam room)
- Medical advice: 
- Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment. 
- If a customer had any medical problems are present, requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment
- Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time.
- Spa reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any customer if any medical problems are present or if the guest is intoxicated.

General Information
- Vouchers must be used within 90 days of purchase.
- The resort is not wheelchair-friendly nor do we have disabled facilities.
- Restaurants & other resort facilities’ opening hours may vary depending on the resort’s occupancy.
- Some food and beverage items may include a supplement.
- Packages are subject to resort availability.
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed.
