• The voucher is valid for up to a period of 60 days from date of purchase
• Customers need to be on time. Failure to be on time, your treatment is subject to cancellation
• We request you to contact us for availability 1 week before your intended Spa date

- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to
  be shown upon arrival)
- Lateness - For late arrivals, Service Provider may reduce treatment time (if applicable) or in the case
  of peak season, could apply 100% cancellation fee
- In case you have already confirmed your SPA date but wishes to amend the date, you should contact
  us 72 hrs prior to the scheduled date.
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee by the supplier
