- The voucher is valid for up to a period of 60 days from date of purchase
- We request you to contact us for availability 1 week before your intended Spa date
- Client needs to be on time - There will be no waiting area
- Failure to be on time, your treatment is subject to cancellation
- Reservation: Required 48 hours in advance. Call service provider directly to select
  reservation date and time (subject to availability)

- Lateness - For late arrivals, Service Provider may reduce treatment time (if applicable) or in the case
  of peak season, could apply 100% cancellation fee
- In case you have already confirmed your SPA date but wishes to amend the date, you should contact
  us 72 hrs prior to the scheduled date.
- Any no shows will result in a 100%
