WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE

• Check in as from 14hr00 to 20hr00 (NO CHECK-IN WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 20H00)  / Check Out time 11h00

- No parking on site, free public parking zone is on the public beach opposite.
• Important Notice
- Additional bed : Mur 500 per bed per night (till 20th December)
- Breakfast supplement : Mur 450 per person per night (till 20th December)
- Additional bed : Mur 700 per bed per night (as from 21st December)
- Breakfast supplement : Mur 600 per person per night(as from 21st December)

• Notes
- Pool is not attended – The use of the pool is at your own risk
- Cooking/Barbecue is not allowed in our apartments .If guest is caught cooking in apartment, this will
  lead to immediate check out without negotication plus Mur 10 000 damage fee.
- Shower gel & soap are on request and payable at Rs.25 per gel & soap on a basic basis
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught smoking will be immediately
  expelled and a fine of Rs.10,000 will be claimed
- Deposit of Mur 2,500 will be required upon check-in - Will be returned on check-out 
- Clients should bring their shampoo & body wash, only handwash/soap will be provided
- Only 1 toilet paper will be provided per bathroom, a supplement will be charged for an additional one
- Beach towels are available against a deposit fee of Rs.400 per person
- Room cleaning will be done upon request at reception only (This applies for stays above one night)
• Cleaning fee per night (as per second night) :
- Mur 75 for Standard Apartment per day
- Mur 100 for Two Beds Rooms per day
- Mur 150 for Three bed rooms per day
• Linen change only per night (as per second night) :
- Mur 50 for Standard Apartment per day
- Mur 75 for Two Beds Rooms per day
- Mur 100 for Three bed rooms per day
- Some hotels will not allow slippers and shorts during dinner
- No kitchenette in the apartment & cuttleries NOT included (plates, spoon, forks, glass, knives, etc.) - Bring
  your own
- Compulsory depot of Mur 2500 per apartment is requested and paid in cash upon check in for room guarantee.
  Depot is only returned should there be no damage in room.
• Conditions
- In the case of another lockdown, No refund will be applicable, we will postpone stay dates for next year.
- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to be
  shown upon arrival)
- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between
  the public rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
