• Conditions
- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY
(proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to be shown upon arrival)
- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between
  the public rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
- Should be fully vaccinated– Vaccination card and ID need to be presented upon check-in
- Guest will need to strictly adhere to the sanitary protocols
- If any guest temperature exceeds 37.8 degrees or has any visible symptoms, the booking will not be accepted
- As a courtesy to the other guests and to our Family Members (team members), please do not turn up for breakfast,
  lunch or dinner with wet clothes, swimsuits and pareos. After 18:30, no shorts, tank tops, singlets and flip flops are allowed
