Cancellation Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FIT & GROUPS UP TO 19 GUESTS

For FIT (less than 8 guests):
• No cancellation charges up to 24 hours prior to client arrival
• Full charge in last 24 hours

For groups (up to 19 guests):
• No cancellation charges up to 72 hours prior to client arrival
• Full charge in last 72 hours

In case IDDC is closed due to bad weather, cancellation fee will not be applied.

In case of rescheduling, we need to have immediately full names of guest otherwise our cancellation fee will apply.

In case guest decide to leave the island due to any reason, 50% of cancellation fee will apply before lunch and 100% of cancellation fee will apply after lunch.

• Conditions
- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to be shown upon arrival)
- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between the public rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
