- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to be shown upon
  arrival)
- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between the public
  rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
- Age requirement: If customer fails to declare a child or book wrong age group, additional charges may be required on arrival
- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed, rebooking allow only
  if guest present a Covid+ medical Certificate
- Mauritian ID card or resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle
  the merchant to charge the current public rate
