WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE

• ID Upon Check-In
• Meal Plan: AI Inclusive
- All Inclusive package starts at 14h00 on arrival day and terminates at 12h00 on check out day
- Daily All Inclusive serving time  is from 11h00 to 23h00.
- Lunch included on the departure date with All Inclusive drinks included only during lunch
- All day snacks are not included and are chargeable.
• Beverages for All Inclusive package :
- Rum Point Bar (Pool Bar) as from 11H00 to 19H00
- Dodo Bar (1st floor of main restaurant) as from 18H00 to 23H00
- Soft drinks, packed fruit juice, still/sparkling water, tea, coffee, selected list of cocktails,
  locally selected bottled wine, locally bottled beer and locally selected bottled spirits (No Whisky)
  Beverage consumption is not transferable and all consumption before 11h00 and over 23h00 will be charged at the
  normal beverage rates
- Breakfast served in main restaurant as from 07H30 to 10H00.
- Lunch served in main restaurant as from 12H30 to 14H30.
- Tea-time (tea/coffee/local salty & sweet snacks) served near pool bar as from 15H30 to 16H30.
- Dinner served in main restaurant as from 19H00 to 22H00.
- Dress code for all mealtimes: Decent, casual & elegant for dinner. Swimwear and pareos are not accepted in
  the main restaurant. Shorts, sleeveless shirt and sandal are not accepted & long trousers for men are compulsory
  in main restaurant at dinner time.

• Hotel Facilities
- For pool use – swimming suit is compulsory & Sanitary protocols must be respected.
- Non-motorised Activities (Pedal Boat/Kayak/Equipment for Snorkelling) – depending on tides and weather

• Notes
- Hotel has already been fully deep-cleaned and disinfected
- All our staffs are fully vaccinated
- All sanitary protocols will be followed in order to provide a safe and clean environment
- All meals will be served according to sanitary protocols.
- All Customers having any food allergens & dietary restrictions should communicate to the hotel 48hrs prior to arrival
- Only food and drinks purchased in the hotel-restaurant can be consumed. No food or drinks from outside are permitted
  inside the restaurant without the approval of the management.
- Age Requirement: Note that upon reservation, if customers fail to declare their child or book for the wrong age group,
  a supplement will be required on arrival.
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- Some hotels will not allow slippers and shorts during dinner
- A refundable deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check in
• Conditions
- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to be shown upon
  arrival)
- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between the public
  rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
