• Deposit Policy :
- All clients will be required to complete the check-in formalities in the presence of our concierge. This includes
  the payment of a security deposit of MUR 15,000 which will be claimed, against any breakages, excessive damage,
  or loss to property. During the check-out formality, our concierge will inform the client of such occurrence and claim
  the amount due on the spot-on departure, but we reserve the right to claim the amount up to 48 hours after departure
  in case a damage was discovered after the check-out of the client
• Notes
- Infants (under 2 Years Old) don't count toward the number of guests
- Maximum 3 baby cot per Villa (0-3 years) - Free for the first baby cot & For extra: a supplement of
  Rs.470 per baby cot per night
- Some hotels will not allow slippers and shorts during dinner
• Conditions
- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to
  be shown upon arrival)
- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between
  the public rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Cancellation between 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % cancellation fees & 100% fees for15 days prior arrival.
- For peak season 30 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fees.
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
