• PREMIUM ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE
  Our Premium All-Inclusive Package includes an ongoing wide selection of food and drinks, champagne,
  30-min hydrotherapy session and afternoon tea.
- Breakfast Buffet at Sylea restaurant.
- 3-course A La Carte Menu Lunch at Passion Creole restaurant.
- 3-Course Chef’s Selection Table d’Hôte Menu Dinner or an ‘A La Carte’ Menu.
- Dine around option for dinner at Sylea, Cruso on the Beach or Oryza Asian Cuisine.
- For some specialty dishes an extra supplement may be applicable.
- Food order comprises 1 X Starter, 1 x Main course and 1 x Dessert per person. Food courses are
  not exchangeable.
- Afternoon Tea at Passion Creole from 16:00 to 17:00.
- House champagne available in all restaurants and bars.
- A selection of local and international beverages and cocktails from 08:00 to 23:30 in our
  restaurants and bars.
- Mini-bar with half bottle of wine or house champagne (as per customer’s choice), beers, soft
  drinks, house mineral water and confectionary. Mini-bar is refilled once on a daily basis (Except
  on departure date).
- 30 min hydrotherapy pool at our award winning Le Jadis Spa.

  The Hotel reserves the right to change the format of Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
  Extra supplements may apply to A La Carte menus, specialty items, and Destination Dining.

• Details & Conditions
  Our All-Inclusive Package starts upon arrival at the Hotel and finishes after lunch at 15:00 on day of
  departure (irrespective of the check in or check out time).
- Our All-Inclusive Package is an optional supplement and is in addition to the basic meal plan on
   bed and breakfast basis.
- The whole stay must be booked on the same meal plan basis.
- No compensation in cash or kind will be offered for non-consumed items.
- Families or Guests sharing suites or villas or traveling together as a Party or Group must always
  be under the same All-Inclusive Package conditions; this also applies to children and teenagers.

- All All-Inclusive Package benefits listed below are only for personal use and cannot be shared
  with any third party or any other Hotel residents who are not under the same All-Inclusive
  Package conditions. Any drinks or food items offered to a non-resident / visitors/ other hotel
  resident not under All-Inclusive Package will be charged upon hotel prices list.
- No take-away orders from any restaurant can be made under the All-Inclusive Package.
- Bar for All-Inclusive Package guests will remain open until 23:30. All drinks after 23:30 will be
  charged as per hotel drinks price list.
- Package does not comprise accumulations of drinks, exchanges or giveaways to other Guests.
  Exchanges, giveaways to third parties or other Guests or consumptions above the package are
  chargeable to Guest’s room.
- All consumptions require the signature of the Guests upon presentation of the bill.

  deck, or under the kiosk, serves refined Asian fusion cuisine, as well as local and international delights

• Passion Creole (open subject to occupancy level)
- Situated by the lagoona pool & overlooking the beach, the casual lunch centric restaurant serves
  international favourites and local Creole delicacies, as well as refreshing juices and signature cocktails.
  Comprising a swim-up bar, it offers a unique culinary experience with a refreshing choice of seating in
  the pool with feet immersed in cool water or by the poolside with feet rested on the dry sand.
  Opening Hours: Breakfast: 07:00-09:30 & Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00 (last order 21:30) (subject to
  availability & weather permitting)
• Cruso on the Beach (open subject to occupancy level)
- New Beachfront rustic restaurant where one can discover the vibrant flavours and hearty delicacies of our
  new Creative Gourmet cuisine, which is set directly on our sandy beach, overlooking the enchanting Turtle
  Bay in Balaclava.
  Opening Hours: Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00(last order 21:30)(subject to availability & weather permitting)
• Sylea Bar & Lounge (open subject to occupancy level)
- The destination to savour fine wines, aged whiskeys, exotic tropical concoctions, signature cocktails,
  wellness-inspired drinks or any tipple of choice.

• Pool Deck (open subject to occupancy level)- (subject to availability & weather permitting)
• Dress Code
- Breakfast : Covered swimwear for ladies is acceptable. Gentlemen are kindly requested not to wear any
  undershirts nor any tank tops.
- Lunch : Beach and Casual Outfit. Swimwear is acceptable.
- Dinner : Smart-casual. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear elegant tops and long trousers.
  Flip flops are not permitted.

• Notes
- Some hotels will not allow slippers and shorts during dinner
- A deposit (refundable) will be requested by the hotel upon check in

- Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to
  be shown upon arrival).

- Any failure to show your ID card or residence permit will lead to you having to pay the difference between
  the public rate and the rates displayed on our website
- Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and no rescheduling will be allowed by the hotel
- Reservation date cannot be changed once booking confirmed
- Note: Timing and opening of restaurants will be according to the weekly food & beverage program and
  is subject to change without prior notice
- Age Requirement: Note that upon reservation, if you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, 
  you will be required to pay a compulsory supplement on arrival
- Drinks & all extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged at check-out
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
- Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon check-in at the hotel
- Failure to show Mauritian ID will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
