• You should bring your own towels, suncream, spare clothes, sun glasses and sandshoes
• Snorkelling equipment available on board
• Vegeterian meal available (need to be informed at booking time)
• The excursion will still be carried out under rainy conditions unless the supplier deems
  that this is putting the safety of the guests at risk
• In case of cyclonic conditions, you might be asked to postpone your trip to an alternative date
• It is your duty to inform whether you have any medical or physical handicap at time of booking
• Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden before swimming
• Life jackets available on board
• Passengers should pay for any lost of snorkeling equipment
• Ability required for swimming with dolphins:
  The dolphin tour is an open ocean experience.
  For maximum enjoyment swimmers need to be confident and have a reasonable level of snorkeling experience.
  The crew will not allow unconfident swimmers to swim with dolphins.
  If ever a client gets drown due to lack of knowledge in swimming,
  Dolphin Encounter will not take any responsibility or pay any compensation.
  There will be no refund if participants cannot swim with dolphins due to lack of knowledge in swimming
• Participants responsibilities:
  Participants must be able to follow directions and instructions provided by the skipper and other crew member.
  If they are not attentive they will miss the right opportunity to swim with dolphins or may hurt themselves.
  If the clients hurt themselves by their imprudence,
  Dolphin Encounter will not take any responsibility to refund the clients or pay any compensation
• Seasickness:
  Participants must realize that sea conditions vary and can change very quickly.
  If they suffer from motion sickness, it is advisable to bring sea sickness pills.
  Seasickness is not ground for seeking refund for the outing.

Conditions
• Rate is valid for Mauritians & local residents ONLY
  (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit to be shown upon arrival)
• The voucher is valid for up to a period of 60 days from date of purchase
• You should contact us for seat availability 1 week before your intended excursion date
• Lateness - The supplier reserves the right to cancel your booking & no refund will be made
• In case you have already confirmed your excursion date but wishes to amend the date,
  you should contact us 72 hrs prior to the scheduled date
• Any no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee by the supplier
• The supplier reserves the right to amend the itinerary in case of bad weather conditions
